For: 2011-2013 High School Graduates   Date: August 14, 2010   Check-in: 8:30am, Aug, 14 at Schoonover Stadium Camp begins at 9:00am    Time: Dismissal at 4 PM. –Depending on Length of Games   Cost: $145   Location: Olga A. Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium on the campus of Kent State University

• INCLUDES GAMES AS WELL AS INSTRUCTION AND LIVE BATTING PRACTICE
• THE ENTIRE KSU STAFF AND MANY KSU PLAYERS WILL BE ON HAND TO INSTRUCT CAMPERS
• A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ONE ON ONE WITH THE KSU COACHING STAFF

General Information
The Kent State baseball staff is conducting its fourth annual Prospect Camp for rising sophomore, junior and senior high school prospects.  This is an excellent chance for those prospects to receive instruction and play in front of the Kent State coaching staff.  Each player will participate in game action as well as batting practice.  The camp is limited and spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Kent State Baseball Program
The Kent State baseball program has been one of the finest in the Midwest over the past 15 years. Kent State has won either the regular season MAC Championship or Conference Tournament Championship 9 of the last 10 seasons. The Kent State baseball program has advanced to the NCAA postseason 5 times since the 2000 season and has enjoyed 30 win seasons the last 11 consecutive years.

Facility
All instruction, batting practice, bullpens and games will be held at the $1.5 million newly renovated Olga A. Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium on the campus of Kent State University. 

Supervision
The Kent State coaching staff and our current players will closely supervise campers during games and all camp activities.  All camp rules will be given to each camper at the start of the program.  If rules are willfully ignored or violated, dismissal from the camp will result.  No refunds will be issued.

Eligibility
All high school 2011 - 2013 graduates.

Schedule of Events
Saturday, August 14, 2010:  Check-In at 8:30 AM.  Coach Stricklin, Birkbeck, and Daeley will address the campers on instructional breakdown by position, pre-game infield, batting practice on the field, and games.
Dismissal at 4 PM. –Depending on Length of Games

Conditions
The total cost of the 2010 Prospect Camp is $145, all sign up for Kent State Baseball Camps are done on-line.  A confirmation letter and medical forms will be sent by email upon sign up on-line.   Slots are limited and will fill up quickly.

Refunds: Full refund minus $10 service charge for cancellations of any reason.  Because of staffing and enrollment planning, no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of camps and for no-shows.
