Message from the Coach "I would like to give you some information and extend an invitation to you to experience our Winter Baseball Skills Camps.
Our Goal is to give the athlete technical/mechanical information and immediate feedback during camp so he can leave with as much information as possible. We wish to give the athlete a solid foundation to work from by showing many drills to take home.
Players will be grouped in camp by age. They will rotate through stations working on various drills to help them achieve a successful swing, catch a ground ball, and perfect the pitching motion. We want the player to form a good idea of what they need to do to become a consistent player.
Our Parent/Child Camp offers an opportunity for parents to participate and learn alongside their child while having tremendous fun together.
Our Infield Camp takes place in December. It will help players interested in infield play. Proper technique in fielding, throwing, and the double play will be covered.
These camps are staffed by the coaches and players of the Kent State baseball team. Ages for all specialty camps are 7 - 18. Age limit for the Parent/Child Camp is 6 - 13 years of age.
Please pass this information to interested ball players. I hope you can join us for a great learning experience!"
